Our Values

Collaboration

At New Education Outlook, we work with our clients. When we undertake consultancy and training, the aim is to work towards shared goals and visions. We won’t come in and tell you that you have to do something - you’ll be entering a partnership, whereby work will be done to join all of the relevant pieces of the puzzle together.

Communication

From the minute you contact New Education Outlook, we want to ensure that we meet your needs and expectations. We will listen to what you require, and respond with how we think we can help you best. If what we suggest isn’t quite what you are looking for, we will discuss this further with you until we come to a shared understanding. And if we aren’t quite the right fit, we’ll try and find someone who is!

Knowledge development

We pride ourselves on being able to support teachers and schools in developing their knowledge of pedagogical approaches, teaching and learning, and curriculum (to name a few areas). We want to ensure that after working with us, you feel that you have developed your own knowledge and are in a position to use this to develop your school and staff even further.

Support

We want to support you, your staff, your school, and ultimately, your children, to develop a wonderful, safe and engaging learning environment. Our aim is to deliver consultancy, training and CPD that will benefit your staff and develop them further. If you work with us, it won’t be the case that we helicopter in and out; we’ll be at the end of an email whereby if you require further support, want to ask a quick question, or need clarification over something discussed previously, we’ll be right there.

Innovation

You will see on our publications page, that we want to develop innovative ways to support staff. By considering research and communicating new and innovative ideas through these publications, we hope to provide schools with something more than just consultancy and training, but a way of developing unique approaches that are suited to the children in your school community.
